Find out more about our workouts here.

Our legendary instructors will motivate and challenge you, as well as get your endorphins pumping with their epic playlists and energy!

If it's your first time, you must arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your class so we can help you get set up.

We do not allow members to enter once the class has started, to help reduce the risk of injury and avoid disrupting the class.

If you haven't already, make sure you get your hands on our Intro offer!

Do you provide towels?

Yes, all of our studios will give you a large fluffy towel if you want to shower afterwards, and a workout towel will be waiting for you at the start of each class.

Do you have changing rooms and lockers?

Absolutely. You can freshen up in one of the luxurious self-contained shower cabins, where you can shower in privacy using This Works products. We also have Dyson and GHD hairdryers, GHD straighteners, lots of products for you to help yourself to.

We have lots of pin-coded lockers to keep your things safe, so no need to bring a lock with you.

The Classes

What should I wear?

Any form of workout gear is fine, although we wouldn't recommend loose or flared trousers for any kind of CYCLE class. We provide the cleats, so you don't even need to pack trainers.

For Combat HIIT, you'll need a pair of trainers you're comfortable running in.

What about shoes?

For our CYCLE classes, we provide complimentary cleats for everyone to activate your hamstrings and glute muscles throughout the workout, helping you to produce more force and power! There'll be a freshly cleaned pair in your size next to the bike you've selected or in the rack outside, ready to go. Feel free to bring your own as long as they’re Look Keo compatible.

For Combat HIIT, you'll need a pair of trainers you're comfortable running in.

When should I arrive for a class?

If it's your first time, you must arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your class so we can help you get set up. If you have been before, you must arrive at least five minutes before.

We do not allow members to enter once the class has started, to help reduce the risk of injury and avoid disrupting the class.

What's the difference between Ride, Rhythm and Perform?

RIDE is our signature experience, where you'll enjoy 45 minutes of the best indoor cycling imaginable. It's all about an incredible playlist and a sprinkling of data so you can track your progress. Suitable for all levels.

RHYTHM is where we turn off the data and concentrate solely on the music. Leave your worries at the door and lose yourself in the playlist as you ride in sync to the beat for a euphoric experience.

PERFORM is our more technical workout that focuses on specific goals and target zones using our sophisticated data system. If you're training for an event, this class gives you great bang for your buck.

Are Digme classes available on ClassPass?

Yes, you can book into many of the Digme workouts through ClassPass, however there are lots of benefits of booking directly through Digme:

- Book into any Digme class with any of our incredible instructors, not just the classes that are available on ClassPass, so you get to join us for the best workouts across London
- Turn your workouts into rewards and your power into points in our loyalty programme
- Choose which bike you’d like to ride on
- Pre-order your delicious post-workout smoothie from our Refuel Bar
- Book your bike and buy credits through the Digme app.

What happens if I'm late for a class?

We do not allow members to enter once the class has started, to help reduce the risk of injury and avoid disrupting the class.

What kind of classes do you offer?

We've got five main types of workout for your to choose from:

CYCLE - Join us in The Arena or online for one of our signature spin experiences - Ride, Rhythm or Perform. Our complimentary cycling shoes will connect you to the bike and help you ride more smoothly. You’ll also receive your workout stats in a post class email.

HIIT - Join us in The Energy Lab or online for one of our signature HIIT or Combat HIIT session. Based on three elements - run, condition, move - HIIT has been specifically designed to be a total body workout.

YOGA - Join us in The Island or at home for a workout that combines powerful breath with powerful movements, working your strength and flexibility in equal measure. Traditional Yoga range of movement with a dynamic flow to raise your heart rate, and help your mental state.

BARRE - Held in The Island, our Define Barre fusion workouts deliver a barre and mat class in a 50-minute body sculpting, toning, and blood pumping workout using light weights and your own body weight. All work is done on the mat. This fun and challenging barre workout is for all fitness levels as our instructors will guide you with modifications and advanced options.

HIGH PERFORMANCE - Our newest cycle workout, High Performance is a structured workout concept utilising the latest Smart Bike technology, the Wattbike Atom X. Using your own personal fitness level - Functional Threshold Power (FTP) - the bike resistance is dynamically set by computer to customise the workout to your individual level. The workouts are designed by our elite Performance coaches and delivered using Spivi technology.

PLEASE NOTE: the High Performance sessions are not instructor-led. They are pre-loaded, structured workouts.

I've not done Spinning, HIIT, Yoga or Barre before, will I be ok?

Absolutely! Our workouts are accessible to everyone and we'd love for you to join us. If you have any questions before the class, be sure to speak to the instructor before the class starts and they'd be happy to help you!

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early, so we can show you around and run through the equipment.

How do I book a workout?

It's super easy - we can't wait for you to join us for a workout. Head to 'Book Now' in the top left corner of this page, and then just select the studio that works best for you!

Alternatively, click here to view our entire timetable!

We have a 7-day rolling schedule release (14 days for Unlimited members). This means the Timetable schedule will be released daily for 7 days ahead.

How do I add myself to the waitlist?

If the workout you wanted to book into is already full, you can either:

  • add yourself to the waitlist on the session page by selecting ‘add to waitlist’. You'll recieve an email if another member is no longer be able to make it, so keep your eyes peeled!
  • chose a different class that works for you - take a look at our timetable - and make sure you secure your spot early next week!
Are there benefits of booking directly through Digme rather than through ClassPass?

There's loads of benefits of booking directly! You can:

  • Book into any Digme class with any of our incredible instructors - not just the classes that are available on ClassPass, so you get to join us for the best workouts across London
  • Turn your workouts into rewards and your power into points in our loyalty programme
  • Choose which bike you’d like to ride on
  • Pre-order your delicious post-workout smoothie from our Refuel Bar
  • Book your bike and buy credits through the Digme app
What is the High Performance concept?

The High Performance concept is something completely different. High Performance sessions do not have instructors, unlike our other concepts.

The workouts are expert-designed, pre-programmed structured workouts. The workouts are delivered on a Wattbike Atom X - the latest in smart bike technology - and utilise their dynamic resistance ‘erg mode’ which allows the resistance of the bike to be set by our Spivi servers in the studio.

Each workout is designed using FTP-based training zones. As such, it’s extremely important that you know, or can estimate, your FTP and that this is set in your Digme user profile before you commence the workout. This will ensure the workout is tailored to your individual performance level.

If you don’t know your FTP, you can speak to our team to get an estimate and ensure that this is entered before your workout.

The Wattbike is not a spin bike - it feels much more like a road bike to ride and it is very popular amongst road cycling enthusiasts for this reason.

These sessions are designed for cycle training enthusiasts and are very popular amongst amateur cyclists, triathletes, duathletes and those who simply just really enjoy numerically-driven training sessions.

Credits & Subscriptions

Know more about your credits and subscriptions.

How many credits do I need for a class?

What's the difference between credit packs and subscription packs?

When you buy a credit pack, this is a non-contract reoccurring payment that allows you to join us at any of the Digme studios. We do however have different pricing tiers to reflect the different studio locations - make sure you read 'Why do I need to select a primary studio?' for more info!

Subscription packs - Ready to make the commitment? From 4 classes a month or unlimited classes a month, you can choose the subscription that's right for you. The subscription starts from the day of purchase.

When do my credits expire?

Your credits' expiry are detailed when you select the pack you'd like to purchase, and the expiry period starts on the day of purchase. You can also check all your credits and their expiry here.

Don't worry if you forget to check, we'll also send you a couple of emails to remind you!

However, if you previously subscribed to a monthly subscription when there was a special offer and you decide to purchase a subscription pack again (which we hope you do!), you will no longer be able to access the reduced price and have to choose one of the current subscription packs.

As a member, it is your responsibility to cancel your own subscription via your member profile. Please follow the steps below;

That’s why we have Buddy credits, where you can bring along anyone that hasn’t already been to a class so they can see what they’re missing out on right!

You can redeem buddy credits with your Huna points.

Digme at Home Bikes

How can I rent a Digme Bike?

We'd love for you to join us in the saddle from Home! We offer 4 contract lengths for bike rental:

- Flexible monthly = £139 per month

- 3 month = £119 per month

- 12 month = £99 per month

- 24 month = £79 per month

After the initial bike hire commitments, the agreements will 'roll' until we receive instructions from you in writing to cancel the agreement.

To rent a bike, click here and select the bike hire agreement that works best for you. You'll then be taken to a secure part of our website and you'll enter your payment details (credit or debit card). The whole process takes no more than a couple of minutes, and the bike will be delivered in less than 15 working days!

When do you take the first month's payment?

Your first subscription payment is taken as soon as you purchase the bike hire.

Your next month’s subscription payment will be taken after 1 month + 21 days, to allow for your bike delivery.

When can I start joining the Digme at Home classes?

Access to Digme at Home starts straight away! Even before your bike is delivered, you can join our Live and On Demand HIIT, Strength Yoga, Breathwork and Run classes. So what are you waiting for?!

What ID needs to be provided to hire a bike?

When you apply online, you must upload two forms of identification:

1. Proof of address (utility bill or driving license)

2. Photo ID (Passport or driving license) (different form of ID must be provided for each)

We will need your date of birth and any addresses you have lived at for the last three years to enable us to perform an identity check. You will provide us with this information when completing your bike hire application.

You must provide us with one utility bill and a form of photo ID that verify your name and address to the name and address on your application, and to the name and address of the card you are going to use to pay for the bike hire. They must all match to the person who is hiring the bike.

Utility bills we accept are as follows:- Gas, Water, Electricity or alternatively Council Tax, Driving Licence, Bank Statement or Mobile phone bill. We require 2 proofs of this type from 2 separate sources within the last 3 months (except Driving Licence).

Photo ID we accept are as follows:- Passport and Driving Licence.

These forms need to be uploaded when completing your bike hire application.

Please Note: If you choose a delivery address different to your billing address, unless it is a business in which you or a family member work or own, we will require proof of ID for the person that lives at this address.

Is there a deposit?

It depends on which bike hire agreement you choose.

- Flexible agreement = £400

- 3 month agreement = £250

- 12 month agreement = FREE

- 24 month agreement = FREE

This deposit is held until the bike is returned, provided only normal wear and tear has been suffered by the machine.

How do I pay?

Payment for bike hire is made by regular payment from your debit card or credit card.
Cards accepted: VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard or Amex

What is the delivery information?

Your bike will be with you within 15 working days, if not even quicker depending on the delivery address. We currently only deliver bikes in UK mainland.

Delivery is totally FREE, and the Keiser M3i Lite will be delivered fully assembled so we've done the hard work for you (apart from in our classes!). The bike will be delivered by courier straight to your door, and then you'll be able to find the perfect home for your bike from there.

A date will be arranged to deliver the bike, and please ensure that someone is at home to accept the delivery. If you are not at home and delivery fails, you will be charged a small fee for redelivery (£75 plus VAT).

Do you hire both new and used bikes?

Yes, we hire both new and used bikes. There is no change in the hire costs, and our used bikes are thoroughly cleaned and fully repaired and serviced before they go back out on rental. They are always in very good condition and will be ready for you to jump into a class with us!

How noisy will my bike be?

The M3i Lite is quiet in operation. There is a very slight whispering noise from the bearings. No noise could be heard through walls or floors, so there's no need to worry about your neighbours!

Does my bike need to be positioned on a certain floor surface?

The M3i Lite has four large rubber feet and is suitable for placement on most solid floor surface. If located on carpeted floor, the bike may move slightly when cycling so you can always place it on a Yoga mat

Does my bike require mains electricity?

No. The bike's monitor is battery operated with a very long life. This enables the machine to be placed anywhere and avoids messy electric cables.

What maintenance does my bike require?

No. The M3i Lite is almost completely maintenance free (see maintenance schedule in the manual provided). To take care of the machine, it does need wiping down after each use though to help keep it in top condition and wipe away any sweat (which is surprisingly corrosive!).

For some more useful tips, click here to read our blog post from our Head of Ride, Leone.

What happens if I want to cancel my bike rental?

You can only cancel your agreement if you are outside of your initial commitment term.

When you are ready to return your bike, you can cancel your subscription via your Digme profile here. One full subscription payment must be given as notice, so you'll be making one final subscription payment after you cancel your subscription.

It is unfortunately not possible to end your subscription within your initial commitment period, as per the T&Cs

Keiser UK will then organise the bike collection with you directly within 20 working days.

Are there any end of rental fees?

Depending on which bike hire agreement you choose, at the end of the hire period there is a one off charge of £120 to service and refurbish the bike, ready for its next hire. We will use your initial deposit to pay this final charge.

- Flexible agreement = £120

- 3 month agreement = FREE

- 12 month agreement = FREE

- 24 month agreement = FREE

There is also a bike collection charge depending on which bike hire agreement you choose. We will use your initial deposit to pay this final charge.

- Flexible agreement = £90

- 3 month agreement = £90

- 12 month agreement = FREE

- 24 month agreement = FREE

Does my bike have warranty?

Parts and labour for the warranty period (two years inclusive, bar wearables – saddles, straps, pedals), with any accidental / wilful damaged to be chargeable

If there are any issues with your bike, it will be repaired by a qualified Keiser engineer and all the parts used will be covered, unless they are due to accidental / wilful damage.
