It is with a heavy heart that we have made the terribly difficult decision to permanently close the Ealing studio.  

We communicated to our Ealing members on 10th November that we were temporarily closing the Ealing studio due to an unidentified water leak in the premises. Since then, our team has been thoroughly investigating the problem and, after careful inspection, it is has become apparent that the extent of the damage, the estimated timeframe required to carry out the repairs, and the level of investment needed to rebuild the studio is very substantial. This is coupled with the fact that, having endured the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Digme needs to continue to focus resources on driving forwards the recovery of our studios. This means that continuing to operate Digme Ealing has become unviable.

We understand this news will come as a big disappointment to our Ealing members. This is a heart-breaking decision to have to make and one we truly wish we did not have to be forced into. From our hearts, we are deeply sorry. We would like to say a huge, huge thank you to every member of the team who has worked at Digme Ealing over the past two years, and an equally big thank you to all the members who have welcomed us so warmly into the Ealing community and attended our classes both online and in the studio.

What happens with my remaining Class Pack credits or active subscription?

If you have outstanding Ealing credits, these will be automatically updated to use in ALL LONDON studios, until their expiry date. You do not need to do anything to make this change.

If you have an outstanding Ealing monthly membership, this will be automatically updated to use in ALL LONDON studios and charged at the same monthly price as you currently pay for the life-time of your subscription. You do not need to do anything to make this change.

When will you make the automatic change to my remaining credits or monthly subscription?

This change is now live and your Ealing credits can be used at any Digme studio.

What happens if I cancel my Ealing subscription, can I re-join at a later date on the same price I pay now?

Unfortunately, not, once subscriptions are cancelled, they cannot be reactivated. Members will need to resubscribe to the current pricing plans displayed on our website.

How can I cancel my subscription?

All our subscriptions are rolling monthly agreements and can be cancelled at any time via your Digme profile:

             => Login to Digme profile (via a web browser, not via our app)

             => My Subscription

             => Manage

             => Unsubscribe

What if I don’t want to transfer my outstanding credits or monthly subscription to ALL LONDON studios?

If you prefer not to transfer your credits or subscription to ALL LONDON studios, we can exchange your remaining classes for Digme credit to be used against another product or service.

As a thank you for your support during this challenging time, we will increase the value of your remaining credits by 50%, e.g. if you have £100 worth of credits remaining, we will give you £150 worth of Digme credit.

You can use this credit against the following Digme products and services:

             - Digme at Home Bike

             - Any Digme at home bike rental plan

             - Digme at Home monthly, quarterly or annual subscriptions

             - All products in the Digme Shop

What if I would like to get a refund on my existing credit instead of moving my credit?

If you prefer to cancel your membership and receive a refund for your outstanding credit, we can offer the following options:

             - Refund your remaining credits on a pro rata basis e.g. if you have 5 credits and have used 2, we will refund you the remaining 3 credits

             - Back date the cancellation of your subscription to 12th November 2021 and refund you the remaining days in your subscription I have frozen my credits / subscription.

What happens now?

If you have frozen your credits or subscription, you now need to choose one of the options detailed above and below:

             - Unfreeze your membership and have access to ALL LONDON studios at the discounted Ealing rate

             - Cancel your monthly subscription via the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab in your member profile

             - Contact us at memberships@digmefitness.com if you would like to exchange the value of your credits to use on another Digme product or service and gain 25% extra free as a thank you for your support

             - Contact us at memberships@digmefitness.com if you would like to request a refund for your remaining credits or subscriptions

Which account will you process my refund to?

We will refund to the account you made the payment on. We are unable to pay back the refund by any other method or account.

Digme Unlimited subscription offer is only available to purchase until midnight on Monday 6th December online at /. All classes purchased or received through the offer must be used within one month. Our subscriptions are rolling monthly agreements and will automatically renew every month. This subscription is a price for life if kept active, it cannot be frozen and once cancelled it cannot be reactivated. It is the members responsibility to cancel their own subscriptions via the 'My Subscriptions' tab in the member profile. Classes purchased through the Offer may only be used at the Digme Fitness studio locations associated with your home studios tier. London tier includes; Richmond, Moorgate, Blackfriars, Fitzrovia, Bank & Covent Garden. Ealing and Oxford have their own tiers. Due to the Ealing studio closure, Ealing tier members will automatically be upgraded to have full reciprocal access to the London studios. Oxford tier members can only use London tier studios a maximum of 3 times a month. If an Oxford member wishes to use the London tier studios more, they must change their home studio to a London studio and purchase a London tier package. Both the 3 month bike rental agreement (reduced from £139 per month) and the Ultimate Unlimited Package (reduced from £259 per month) are subject to the same T&Cs. Digme at Home subscription is included in the monthly cost of both rental plans. Ultimate Unlimited Package also included unlimited studio access. Bike delivery restrictions apply. Subject to identity check and approval. Only available to permanent UK residents aged 18+, subject to status. This contract is for a minimum period of 3 months (“the Agreement Period”).
